I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care. My work integrates multiple therapeutic frameworks to support each client’s unique needs and goals:

Why I Do This
When I began to work in the community, I realized the importance of both crisis and preventive mental health support. I am passionate about providing the mental health care you need and can afford, including options for virtual appointments and guidance on self-care activities.
Where I Am
I offer virtual appointments for people across Canada seeking mental health support. I have a quiet space and use headphones to ensure your confidentiality. I provide flexible scheduling with morning, afternoon, and evening appointments, allowing you to engage in therapy from the comfort of your home.
Self-Care
Everyone has different self-care activities that contribute to mental health support - mine primarily involve spending time with animals! I also enjoy diving into fantasy novels, playing video games, and baking cookies, which are all great ways to unwind.
