Why I Do This

Why I Do This

Before becoming a psychotherapist I worked in shelters and drop-ins, where I saw how important it is to have support not just in crisis, but before things get to feeling unmanageable. Psychotherapy allows me to assist clients through either option. Many people are struggling quietly, and having a space to talk, reflect, and develop coping skills can make a difference.

I'm located in Ontario, and I offer virtual appointments for people across Canada seeking mental health support. I have a quiet space and use headphones to ensure your confidentiality. I provide flexible scheduling with morning, afternoon, and evening appointments, allowing you to engage in therapy from the comfort of your home.

Self-Care

Everyone has different self-care activities that contribute to mental health support - mine primarily involve spending time with animals! My dog, Delilah, is a silent support both in and out of session. I also enjoy diving into fantasy novels, playing video games, and baking cookies, which are all great ways to unwind.
