I provide flexible scheduling with morning, afternoon, and evening appointments, allowing you to engage in therapy from the comfort of your home.

Everyone has different self-care activities that contribute to mental health support - mine primarily involve spending time with animals! I also enjoy diving into fantasy novels, playing video games, and baking cookies, which are all great ways to unwind.
